As a result of numerous windows and wires, the building wall for Birds on a Wire presented a series of design challenges and opportunities. Through community conversations the solution became obvious; We would work with the limitations of the wall and innovate from there. Funding for Birds on a Wire came through the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) Creative Communities Initiative (CCI). The constructed, metal relief mural was installed in September 2022.
